Del Dotto Ca’ Nani – 2011 Napa Valley Red Wine
(71% Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot & 4% Cabernet Sauvignon) – Aromas of rose petal, forest floor and earth. Flavors of black cherry, cinnamon stick, slate and fleshy fruit with a good mouth grip. The finish is full with fruit and oak.“Easy drinking, and oh so Napa!” Only 672 cases produced.

Hiatus – 2008 Napa Valley Red, Julianna’s Vineyard, Pope Valley
(39% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Franc, 22% Petite Sirah, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Zinfandel) – “dark fruits framed by toasty oak on a supple, broad structure finish with surprising freshness, only 250 cases produced, this wine was created to enjoy with friends, perfectly playing off robust meats”

Hug Cellars – 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon,Starr Ranch Paso Robles,
Originating from the Chimney Rock area of the west side of Paso Robles, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignonis a true expression of what Paso Robles is all about. Dark Red fruit, cassis and the raspberry and white pepper indicative of Paso. Only 220 cases produced.

“Animo” – 2010 Napa Valley
(83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Petit Verdot) – Michael Mondavi’s Animo label is laced with
ash, plum, graphite, smoke, incense, tobacco and licorice. With time in the glass, the fruit begins to emerge in a lush, full-bodied wine with considerable richness for the year. The Atlas Peak tannins are there, but they are nearly buried by the pure extract and concentration of the fruit. Graphite, smoke, white pepper add complexity on the close **HMR**
